How we handle first contact.

What to send

Share your name, business, role, one operating problem and one recent example. Do not send confidential records, passwords, access codes, personal records or attachments containing sensitive information.

Purpose and route

Your message is used to review the request, decide whether a Fit Screen may be useful and reply. The contact address forwards to the operator’s restricted inbox. Website hosting and Diagnostic evidence are handled separately from this first-contact route.

Current boundaries

• No public form submission is active.
• No marketing signup, advertising tracker or automated admission decision is included.
• Do not send Diagnostic evidence until a case-specific route has been agreed.
• You may request correction or deletion by writing to the same contact address, subject to records that must be retained for legal or accounting reasons.

Provider, retention and contractual details will be confirmed before any paid Diagnostic begins.
